BOOTCAMP

This class will be heavily fitness based working on all the functional movements that will help keep you fit and mobile at the same time as having fun. These functional movements will aid you to build an all round level of fitness which in turn will keep you moving forwards and improving on your Hyrox times if you wish to compete.

STRENGTHCAMP

This class will develop your strength using olympic lifting. Strength training is great to incorporate into your routine, not only to lose weight but to help build the desired toned look you’ve been searching for. Increasing your strength will be highly beneficial if you would like to compete in Hyrox competitions to make the functional movements feel easier; for example, sled push, sled pull and walking lunges.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING CAMP

This class is giving you the perfect feel of a real life Functional Fitness competition. Each session will be based on the format of a competition incorporating all the functional movements you will have to do. This is a great all round fitness test to push yourself and see what you are capable of and also perfect preparation for those wishing to compete.
